a. quash and set aside the Impugned order dated August 08, 2014 as passed by the Learned Special Judge (CBI), Patiala House Court, New Delhi in Criminal Complaint No. 11/10 (CBI VS. RAKESH KUMAR AND OTHERS).

b. Pass any other such other and further order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE PETITIONERS AS IN DUTY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY."
