% 27.07.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks further extension of parole for the follow up of post operative care of his old mother. Two Status Reports have been handed over in Court, which are taken on record. As per the Status Reports, petitioner has one more brother Pushpender whose wife namely Saroj is living out of Delhi. Further, Saroj and Pushpender have one son who is studying abroad and the said brother of the petitioner has been granted parole for arranging the fee of the said son. Further, the mother of the petitioner is also collecting rental income from one tenant who is residing in the same premises.
A perusal of the Nominal Roll reveals that the petitioner was granted parole for a period of four weeks by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi which was further extended for a period of two weeks. Further, the petitioner was W.P.(CRL) 2220/2018
granted furlough by the competent authority vide order dated 15th February, 2018 which the petitioner can avail any time. In view of the above, this Court does not find any ground to grant parole to the petitioner.
Petition is dismissed.
