% 16.08.2018 This is an application against the order dated 01.06.2018 by which the learned Single Judge has remanded the matter back to the respondents to decide the representation of the appellant herein.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the representation of the appellant already stands rejected which completely lost track by the learned Single Judge.

Despite an advance copy having been served none has chosen to appear on behalf of the respondents. Since the representation of the appellant already stands rejected, the order dated 01.06.2018 is set aside. The matter is remanded back before the learned Single Judge for hearing on merits. List the matter before the learned Single Judge on 05.09.2018. The Single Judge would grant an opportunity to the respondents to file their counter affidavits and thereafter hear the matter on merits.
