% 31.07.2018 This is a writ petition filed by the Janpath Lane Tehbazari Shopkeepers Association. Various reliefs have been sought. During the course of hearing, it transpires that the members of the association apprehend that post the formation of the Town Vending Committees, certain rights which are already vested in them may be curtailed.
Counsels for the respondents enter appearance on an advance copy and submit that the present writ petition is not maintainable as it is only based on apprehensions. The elections have been conducted by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation, South Delhi Municipal Corporation and East Delhi Municipal Corporation. The elections are yet to be conducted by the New Delhi Municipal Council and it is only after the TVCs are formed and in case the members of the petitioner's association have any grievance, they may approach the Court. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. We are of the considered view that for the present, writ petition is pre-
