Learned Addl. PP submits that the petitioner was taken to Nirog Charitable Hospital in police custody for the purpose of admission of his father.

Status report has been filed along with certificate of Nirog Charitable Hospital. The same is taken on record. It shows that the father of the petitioner was referred to Aayushman Hospital where angiography was done but no angioplasty was done and there is no immediate treatment required for the father of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the court if need so arises in the future. 4.
