% 30.07.2018 Mr. Javed Ahmad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits the relief in the present petition to a direction to the Registrar of Births and Deaths, to dispose of his representation dated 6th February, 2018, expeditiously and in accordance with law. Mr. Dhanesh Relan, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the SDMC/respondent Nos. 1 and 2 states that the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 15 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969, shall be disposed of, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner of being heard expeditiously and positively within a period of six

weeks from today, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of Copy of the order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master to learned counsel for the parties.
