Respondent No.1 herein had filed a suit for partition and the present petition has been filed by defendant No.1-Pushpa Devi whereby her application under Order XIV read with Section 151 CPC was dismissed vide order dated 09.07.2018.

Such order is under challenge.

The present application has now been moved seeking permission to withdraw the present petition.

It is submitted that the parties have been able to resolve their disputes amicably and, therefore, the petitioner herein is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition.
