O R D E R
% 28.11.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being a native of Kerala is handicapped in preparing his defence and securing the presence of the defence witnesses. He submits that after his statement under Section 313 Cr. P.C. he shall be filing formal application for summoning of the defence witnesses. He prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court for grant of interim bail to secure the presence of the witnesses. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter or the contentions of the petitioner for seeking interim bail.
