W.P.(C) 6943/2016 & CM No.28523/2016 The petitioner has been relieved for joining the place of posting in Gujarat. Learned counsel for the petitioner states on instructions that the petitioner shall report to the concerned authority in Gujarat within 10 days. The petitioner is given liberty to make a request to the concerned authority for changing her place of posting nearer to Delhi within a period of two weeks.

Dr.Ashwani Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the respondents states that if such a request is made, the same shall be considered sympathetically in accordance with the rules within four weeks thereafter.
