% 24.07.2017 W.P.(C) 6196/2017 & C.M. No.25772/2017 (stay) The limited prayer in the present petition is that the representation made by the petitioner to respondent no.2 (Reserve Bank of India) has not been answered. He confines himself to prayer (a) in the writ petition.

On advance notice learned counsels for respondent no.2 as also respondent no.3 have put in appearance. Respondent no.2 points out that this is a contractual agreement between the petitioner and respondent no.3 and he would really have no role to play in the

Noting the submissions and counter submissions as also the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the representation made by the petitioner to respondent no.2 on 20.3.2017 (copy of which has been handed over to the learned counsel for respondent no.2), shall be answered in accordance with law (if not answered already).
