% 01.08.2016 Petitioners are stated to be squatting presently at Hamilton Road, Kashmere Gate. Her submission is that no coercive action against her be taken as she is protected under section 3(3) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street vending) Act, 2014. To substantiate this submission, she has placed certain documents on record which shows shifting of alternative tehbazari site from Calcutta Gate to Hamilton Road, New Delhi. These documents are both dated 18.11.2015.

Noting these above submissions, liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw this petition with additional liberty to approach the Town Vending Committee (TVC) as and when it is constituted, as the TVC for respondent No.1 (North Delhi Municipal Corporation) has not been constituted.

No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
