O R D E R
% 01.11.2018 1.
By this petition, petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 117/2018 under Sections 381/419/420 IPC registered at PS Saket. 2.
Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the fact that the petitioner was arrested immediately on the same day, no recovery has been made. Petitioner has been in custody for now more than seven months and the trial is likely to take some time as till date the charge has also not been framed.
3.
Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is refuted by learned APP for State that the petitioner could be arrested only after nearly two months and besides the above noted FIR the petitioner is involved in another FIR where again he has siphoned of the money in a similar fashion. 4.
Above noted FIR was registered on the complaint of Renu Khurana who stated that she was in need of a caretaker for her husband who was BAIL APPLN. 1865/2018
bedridden and the petitioner was sent to her through Dr. Biswas. The complainant and her husband being old used to keep cash in hand at home. On the day petitioner joined the service, when complainant went to take bath he stole ₹20 lakhs.
5.
During the course of investigation it was also revealed that the petitioner had prepared forged documents on the strength of fake Aadhar Card got made in the name of Roshan.
6.
Considering the nature of allegations, the fact that the victim is yet to be examined and that the petitioner is involved in one more case of similar nature, this Court finds no ground to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.
Petition is dismissed.
