W.P.(C) 7752/2018 Ms. Madhu Tewatia, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the North Delhi Municipal Corporation has handed over in Court today an assessment order dated 18.06.2018, in relation to the petitioner. It is an admitted position that the subject assessment order is amenable to an appeal before the Municipal Taxation Tribunal, duly constituted under Section 169 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to

assail the said assessment order dated 18.06.2018, in accordance with law.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
