% 24.10.2016 CS(OS) 2410/2013 Case file has been sent back to this court by learned District & Sessions Judge (HQs) on the basis of order dated 02.07.2016 of Sh. Raj Kumar, ADJ-09, Central, Delhi in view of notification no.5456/DHC/Orgl/2016 dated 28.04.2016.

However as per instructions of learned Registrar General conveyed through learned Registrar (Original), only IPR matters covered as per notification no.5456/DHC/Orgl/2016 dated 28.04.2016 are to be retained in this court. Since the present is suit for recovery of Rs.30,58,170/- and is a non IPR related matter, therefore, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the matter stands transferred again. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 29.11.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
