The terms of the settlement are recorded in Memorandum of Settlement dated 13th December, 2018 which has been filed along with application. The application is supported by the affidavits of all the parties. All the parties present in Court along with their counsels, confirm the settlement. The suit is disposed of in view of the settlement between the parties. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. The pending application is disposed of.
