O R D E R

% 27.08.2018 I have perused the report dated 14th August, 2018 of Medical Officer In-charge of Central Jail Hospital and Dispensary through Superintendent, Central Jail No.03, Tihar, New Delhi. It is stated in the report that the petitioner was earlier suffering from Pulmonary Tuberculosis for which 6 months course of antituberculosis treatment was given to him in the year 2016-17. Petitioner complained of heaviness and pain in left side of chest on 4th August, 2018 and 6th August, 2018 and was seen by doctor on duty. Presently, the petitioner is only suffering from intermittent cough with sputum with atypical left side chest pain for which he has been provided with prescribed medicines.

No case for interim bail is made out.
