% 30.07.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits the relief in the present proceedings to a direction to the East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) to consider his application seeking permission to remove his goods and belongings from the subject premises bearing House No. 418, Gali No. 9, Near Bank of Baroda, Bank Colony, Mandoli Road, Delhi-110093, that are lying sealed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the EDMC states that if the representation received, in this behalf, the same shall be disposed of, in accordance with law, within two weeks thereafter, under intimation to the petitioner.
