% 15.01.2018 CRL . M. B. 652/2017 Learned APP submits that investigations are complete and charge-sheet is likely to be filed. Petitioner has also participated in the investigation. Vide order dated 17.04.2017, petitioner was protected from arrest. It is ordered in the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case that in case of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ` 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer/SHO concerned.

Bail application is disposed of in above terms. Dasti.
