% 15.05.2019 Though learned counsel for the petitioner had challenged the orders dated 03.11.2016 and 20.04.2017 but now has confined to only order dated 20.04.2017 whereby cost of Rs.10,000/- was imposed upon the plaintiff. It is stated said cost was imposed without any reason as vide order dated 29.03.2017 she was required to file the amended plaint by 20.04.2017 and whereas the endorsement on the order sheet dated 29.03.2017 itself show said amended plaint was filed on 19.04.2017, hence there was no reason to impose the cost of Rs.10,000/- upon the plaintiff. In the circumstances, cost of Rs.10,000/- upon the petitioner stands waived of and the petition stands disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
