Learned CGSC has returned with instructions and submits that order No. 9163-80/DCP/NE issued in 2008 under Section 33 of the Delhi Police Act, 1978 has been withdrawn with immediate effect on 08.11.2024. In this regard, he seeks to rely upon the Status Report dated 10.11.2024. 2.

A hard copy of the said Status Report has been handed over in Court by the Respondent No.1/UOI.

2.1 Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that the same remains embedded in the case file.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the aforegoing Status Report, the present Petition has become infructuous and he seeks to withdraw the present Petition.
