Issue notice. Ms. Agrawal accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 2.

Learned counsel says that she does not wish to file a reply as she does not oppose the prayer made in the application. 2.1 The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows: "a. Permit the petitioner to withdraw the O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 302/2018 titled as Bharat Rail Automations Pvt. Ltd. vs. Railway Vikas Nigam Limited pending before this Hon'ble Court with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for." 2.2 In view of the assertions made in the application, in particular, the reference to the fact that vide letter dated 12.11.2018, the respondent has withdrawn the disqualification which hovered around the petitioner, I am inclined to allow the prayer made in the application. 2.3 The application is, accordingly, disposed of. In view of the order passed in I.A. No.17602/2018, nothing survives in this petition.
