% 17.04.2017 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner finds mentioned in the list of 628 vendors prepared by the NDMC. She submits that the petitioner continues to squat near Mother Dairy Chowk, Booth No. 204, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi. Sample challans have been filed on record. Learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is willing to accept the alternate site in the Laxmi Bai Nagar area. Counsel for NDMC/respondent no.1 enters appearance on an advance copy. Without admitting any of the averments made in the writ petition, he submits that this court has already decided a batch of writ petitions in which the parameters for considering the persons, who were in the list of 628 persons, who had given their consent to be reallocated at Laxmi Bai nagar, had been
considered by the court. He submits that the case of this petitioner would also be considered and if found eligible would be allotted a site at Laxmi Bai Nagar as per criteria. The petitioner would make appropriate application with all supporting documents with the respondent no. 1. The writ petition is disposed of in above terms. G.S.SISTANI, J.
