% 09.02.2016 CS(OS) 2403/2013 Vide order dated 29.09.2015, the Hon'ble Court had consolidated the present suit as well as CS(OS) 517/2012 and it was further directed that the CS(OS) 517/2012 shall be treated as lead matter and evidence recorded in said matter shall be read in the present suit also.

Since value of the present suit is less than Rs.1 crore, therefore, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, (Headquarter) (Central), Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 26.07.2016 at 10.00 a.m. Put up the matter alongwith CS(OS) 517/2012.
