% 04.01.2016 The valuation of the suit is less than Rs.2 crore. In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the suit along with counter claim is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (South-West), Dwarka Courts, New Delhi.

Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 10th March, 2016.

As there is no appearance on behalf of the plaintiff as well as defendant No.1 or their counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the plaintiff and defendant No.1 as well as through counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.

Learned counsel for the defendants No.2 and 3 will also inform the learned counsel for the plaintiff and defendant No.1 about the orders passed by this Court through Regd. post. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
