% 22.09.2016 The present petition under Sections 433(e), 434(1) and 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1956 has been settled by and between the petitioner and the respondent amicably.
Mr. Rajiv Bahl, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the OL states that the expenses incurred by the latter in terms of the directions issued by this Court from time to time in the present petition has been discharged by the respondent in full.
