% 22.01.2018 Ms.Deboshree Mukherjee, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no.3, submits that she has instructions to state that subject to meeting the eligibility criteria, the petitioner will be granted admission in one of the Government Schools in the vicinity of her residence. She further submits that during the course of the day, she will supply to the learned counsel for the petitioner the details of the officer who needs to be contacted for the said purpose. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent no.3, the petitioner does not press this petition any further. The petition is disposed of as not pressed.
