Issue notice. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents accepts notice.

The petitioner's grievance relates to an nursing home that is allegedly being operated from a residential house, House no.3, Shahi Road, Bhogal, Jangpura, New Delhi-110014.

The learned counsel appearing for the DGHS (respondent no.2) states that investigation was carried on and it was found that the said nursing

home is not registered.

He states that further investigations would be conducted to examine whether a nursing home with IPD facility is being run at the said premises or not.

The learned counsel appearing for the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) states that notices have already been given for misuse of the said premises.

In the aforesaid circumstances, SDMC is directed to conclude the proceedings relating to the misuse of the premises and ensure that appropriate action is taken. It is further directed that the proceedings in this regard be concluded as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 /Delhi Pollution Control Committee states that unit in question does not have permission to generate bio-waste. He states that respondent no.4 shall also take appropriate action in accordance with law. It is so directed. 8.

No further directions are required to be issued in this petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of.
