Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the instant writ petitions, various steps have been taken by the Government and therefore, the substantial grievance of the petitioners stand mitigated.

In view of the aforesaid, the instant writ petitions have rendered infructuous and accordingly, the same are disposed of alongwith the pending applications. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioners to reagitate the issue in case, they have any further grievance.
