% 06.05.2015 The learned counsel for the parties state that the mediation has resulted in success as a result of which a settlement agreement was entered into between the parties on 24.04.2015. A copy of the same has been handed over to us by the learned counsel for the parties. The same is taken on record. The appeal is disposed of in terms of the said settlement.

The parties are bound by the same.

Insofar as the suit is concerned, the learned counsel for the parties have submitted that they shall be moving an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge.

The appeal stands disposed of as above.
