By way of this application, petitioner is seeking restoration of the revision petition which was dismissed in default and for non-prosecution on 7th May, 2015.

On 19th May, 2015, notice of this application was directed to be issued to the respondent returnable for 8th September, 2015. 3.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 8th September, 2015, neither the petitioner appeared nor steps for service of respondent were taken. 4.

In view of the above, the application for restoration is also dismissed for non-prosecution.
