The present application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff seeking release of the original Conveyance Deed dated 08.10.2012 that was filed by the plaintiff during the course of the trial. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Defendants has no objection if the application is allowed.

The Suit is already disposed of vide Order dated 10.04.2024. 4.

The original Conveyance Deed be returned to the plaintiff on filing the certified copy of the same on record, as per Rules. 5.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
