% 01.08.2018 CM APPL.29936/2018 (Exemption) Exemption granted subject to all just exceptions. The application is disposed of accordingly.

W.P.(C) 7813/2018 & CM APPL.29935/2018 (Interim Directions) The petitioner has handed over in Court today a copy of the undertaking filed with the Proctor of the Jawaharlal Nehru University (for short 'JNU') along with a covering letter dated 30.07.2018. A copy thereof has been provided to Ms. Ginny Jetley Rautray, learned counsel appearing on behalf of JNU.

In view of the foregoing, Ms. Rautray, learned counsel for JNU states that they would not give effect to the Office Order No.210/CP/2016 dated 22.08.2016, passed by the Chief Proctor, JNU, imposing a fine of Rs.10,000/- upon the petitioner.

W.P.(C) 7813/2018

Directed accordingly.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.

Needless to state that the JNU shall make available to the petitioner all the facilities, as may be necessary for him to continue with his studies with the University.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master to counsel for the parties.
