The instant appeal has been filed for enhancement of the award and it is agreed between the parties that the respondent-Insurance Company shall pay the enhanced amount of Rs. 75,000/- as lump sum compensation over and above the award of the learned Tribunal as full and final compensation. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the enhanced amount be released to the appellant No.1.

The insurance company shall deposit the amount of Rs. 75,000/- before the Registrar General of this Court within a period of six weeks, failing which, the same shall incur interest @9% on the delayed deposit. On deposit, the same shall be released to the appellant No.1 on fulfilment of all the requisite formalities.
