O R D E R

% 09.08.2016 The verification report tendered in court has been perused. I have also heard the petitioner in person. The circumstances of the petitioner as appear from the record and as narrated by him appear to be genuine. The petitioner has two sons, one of whom, namely, Pankaj Kumar is seriously ill. He received a kidney from his mother. However, that transplant does not appear to have worked well. The petitioner has been running from pillar to post to get his ailing son treated. The other son of the petitioner is in service. The petitioner also has a father aged 77 years and mother aged 73 years.

In these circumstances, to attend to his ailing son, the petitioner is only one in the family presently who can look after him and take him to the

doctors and hospital for examination and treatment. The petitioner states that he has already undergone about 13 years and 6 months of incarceration without remission.

In view of the aforesaid, the parole of the petitioner is extended by a period of two months for the present.

The petition stands disposed of on the same terms and conditions on which he was earlier granted parole.
