1. This is an application filed by the appellant seeking withdrawal of the appeal in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties on 25.02.2025.

2. Both parties are present in Court and submit that they have entered into the aforesaid settlement out of their own free will and volition.

3. In the light of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 25.02.2025.
