The present application has been filed on behalf of the Surety of the Appellant under Section 435 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter, "BNSS"), seeking abatement of the appeal and discharge of the Surety from the Surety bond.

As per the said report, appellant has expired on 11th July, 2025 and the factum of his death has been duly verified.

Accordingly, the Appeal stands disposed of as abated. 6.
