% 12.01.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since the petitioner's son has already secured admission in some other college, the sole prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous. This position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who only prays that the question of law left open.
The petition is accordingly disposed off as infructuous leaving the question of law open.
