CRL.M.C. 1476/2017 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking expeditious trial in FIR No.24/2012, under Section 336 IPC, registered at Police StationKamla Market, New Delhi pending before the Trial Court. Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are facing trial in the aforesaid FIR and the trial of the case is going at snail's pace. She has further submitted that till the finalization of the case, the petitioners will not get any promotion from the department as all are officials of Delhi Police and submits that the Trial Court be directed to expedite trial in FIR No.24/2012, under Section 336 IPC, registered at

Police Station-Kamla Market, New Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the directions to the Trial Court to expedite the trial in FIR No.24/2012, under Section 336 IPC, registered at Police Station-Kamla Market, New Delhi, as per law.
