Due to errors of the kind which would require a drastic amendment to the petition learned counsel for the petitioner craves leave to withdraw the writ petition with right of the petitioner reserved to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action.

Being listed for admission today, we grant the liberty prayed for and dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn, observing that the petitioner would be entitled to file a fresh petition regarding petitioner's grievance concerning benefit under the ACP as also the MACP Scheme. 3.
