% 30.11.2016 This writ petition was filed seeking orders on the respondents to grant the petitioner the benefit of the first and second financial upgradations under the Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACP) with effect from 9th August, 1999 and 1st July 2002 respectively and other consequential reliefs and also third financial up-gradation under the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (MACP) and other consequential reliefs, including issuance of Pension Payment Orders. The petitioner has been granted the relief of financial upgradations as prayed for. A fresh Pension Payment Order shall be

issued to the petitioner at the earliest. The arrears shall be released to the petitioner expeditiously and in any case within six weeks from the date of the communication of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
