1. As a final opportunity in view of the difficulty explained in the application, the applicant is granted two weeks time from today to comply with the order dated 10th November, 2016.

2. Counsel for the non-applicant states that till the expiry of two weeks from today, no further steps will be taken by them to encash the Bank Guarantee if invoked, subject to its being renewed as undertaken to the Court.

3. It is also made clear that if the renewal does not take place within two weeks, then it will be open to the Respondent to encash the Bank Guarantee.
