% 17.08.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the notification dated 03.06.2016 issued by Food Safety & Standard Authority of India, the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition and prays for leave to withdraw the same. Learned counsel, however, submits that the notification records that the Clause 14.3 of the referred notice stands deleted with immediate effect till the time Import Regulations are finally notified. He prays that liberty be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in case the need so arises.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
