Crl.Rev.P.629/2018 During the course of hearing, learned senior counsel has only pressed relief regarding recalling of PW-2, father of the victim. It is submitted that PW-2 could not be cross-examined as counsel was not available on that day. PW-2 has to be cross-examined with regard to the age of the child. Subject to availability of PW-2, it is ordered that one opportunity be granted to counsel for petitioner to cross examine PW-2 before the Trial Court. Cost to compensate the witness as well as diet money etc. shall be

borne by the petitioner. Petitioner shall pay `2,000/- to PW-2 on the day, he appears for further cross examination.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
