% 17.12.2018 As stated by the counsel for respondent no.1 that the amendment has taken place vide notification dated 31.10.2018, therefore, I hereby set aside the order dated 21.06.2018. The respondent no.1 is directed to treat the present petition as representation of the petitioner and the same shall be decided within six weeks from today and the decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondent no.1 he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
