The petitioner seeks directions that assessment of bill of entry No. 6385712 dated 15.05.2018 and 6735751 dated 09.06.2018 should be completed and that seizure memo with regard to bill of entry no. 6626863 dated 01.06.2018 should be set aside and that the respondent should provisionally release the goods with respect to bill of entry nos. 6626863 dated 01.06.2018, 6385712 dated 15.05.2018, 6735751 dated 09.06.2018.

Having regard to the limited nature of claim, the respondents are directed to process the bill of entry and pass appropriate order,

either indicating the duty recoverable or if the same is not acceptable, indicating the terms of provisional release of goods. The petitioner's request for furnishing a proper detention certificate shall also be processed and order made. Dasti.
