Having regard to the decretal amount for recovery of which execution petition has been filed, on account of change of the pecuniary jurisdiction, this petition is liable to be transferred to the District Courts.

Decree holder no.2 is present in person and agrees to the above position and further submits that the jurisdiction would vest in the District Court (South East) at Saket Courts Complex. Therefore, the execution petition is transferred to the file of the District Judge (South East) at Saket Courts complex where the parties may appear on 20.02.2017.

The District Judge (South East) in her discretion may retain the matter on her board or allocate it to any civil court under her control.
