The present application has been filed by Respondent No. 1/ applicant seeking release of the compensation amount deposited with the Registry of this Court.

The appeal filed by the appellant, Insurance Company has already been dismissed by order dated 06.08.2024 passed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the appellant does not dispute that the applicant is entitled for release of the compensation amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court. 4.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the Registry is directed to release the balance compensation amount along with accrued interest in favour of the applicant. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
