% 30.01.2017 The matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Settlement Agreement dated 3.11.2016 has been placed on record. As per the said Settlement Agreement the petitioner has handed over vacant physical possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent. It has also been undertaken that the petitioner shall withdraw CM(M) 903/2014 i.e. the present petition.
