The concerned officer from the Registry has prepared the memo of cost for an amount of Rs. 1,32,83,973/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty Two Lakhs Eighty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Three Rupees Only).

Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff / decree holder, however, submits that he has objections to the computation. Consequently, before accepting the memo of cost prepared by the Registry, ld. Counsel for the decree holder is permitted to engage with the concerned Registry official again in order to substantiate the bill of cost filed by it and is also permitted to file additional documents, if required, in this regard.
