% 10.08.2018 The prime apprehension on the basis of which the present petition has been filed in the context of orders dated 03.05.2018, 07.05.2018 and 15.05.2018 of the court of Sessions on bail applications no.1447/2018, 1448/2018, 1449/2018, 1450/2018, 1497/2018, 1498/2018 and 1580/2018 are that the private party respondents - accused persons in case FIR no.200/2018 u/s.323/328/376/34 IPC of police station Shalimar Bagh have abandoned the residence and there is likelihood that they would abscond. It is noted that it was submitted before the court of Sessions on 15.05.2018 that the landlord of the premises in question has put his own lock thereupon, this indicating the accused persons were earlier living in a rented accommodation and have since shifted CRL.M.C. 4033/2018

esewhere.

The court of Sessions had directed attendance to be marked in the police station twice a week.

ASI Sushma is present in person on behalf of the investigating officer. On being asked, she submits that the permanent address of the accused persons has been verified and their present address i.e. the address of the premises wherein they have been living has also been ascertained and verified. She also submits that the contact telephone number of the accused persons are also available with the police. In these circumstances, the apprehensions should stand allayed.
